Module 11: Making Team Decisions

High-performance teams have efficient and appropriate ways to make good quality decisions. They understand when it’s best for one person to make a quick decision and when it’s an advantage to get maximum input from the team and reach a consensus or unanimous decision. This module allows team members to identify their individual decision-making styles, consider alternatives for team decision making, and practice a process for evaluating ideas before making a decision.

Use “Making Team Decisions” to:

  • Set aside emotions and politics and use logic to explore options
  • Identify personal strengths that can help the team make critical decisions
  • Practice a process for analyzing options
  • Increase productivity and decision quality

Scheduling time: 1-2 hours

Build high-performance teams with efficient decision making skills.
