Awareness – Understanding – Action
Step 1: Awareness — People don’t change what they don’t acknowledge
Strategy:
- Seminar — create vision of both team and individual potential (half day)
- Individual coaching — review individual personality strength assessments
- Team coaching — administer and interpret team functioning assessment
Step 2: Understanding — Until people know WHY they aren’t interested in HOW
Strategy:
- Individual coaching – assess the impact of strengths and negative patterns
- Sub-group coaching – clarify sub-group relationships, challenges, and assets
- Team coaching – identify group success inhibitors and enhancers
Step 3: Action — Nothing changes until action happens
Strategy:
- Individual coaching – monitor overuse of strengths and impact on others
- Team coaching – facilitate each of the 12 modules and conduct follow-up
- Leadership coaching – help leaders to implement this model with their teams
